Jeff is a native Californian and has been active in both the mortgage origination and real estate industries for over twenty-two years. He retired as a mortgage originator to focus full time on his passion for real estate sales. Jeff has held an active, CA Department of Real Estate sales license since 1992 and has been involved in hundreds of purchase, listing and refinance transactions throughout both northern and southern California. His expertise in all aspects of mortgage lending allows him a unique perspective regarding the financing of real property for purchase clients.

As a forty-two year resident of Orange County, Jeff possesses an in-depth understanding of the local, residential home market, with an emphasis on Irvine. His intense focus on customer service and his “always available” status create a sense of comfort and pro-active involvement for his clients. It has always been Jeff’s primary goal is to provide a professional, totally transparent real estate experience; whether it’s buying, selling or leasing a home.
Jeff's most recent accomplishment has been his certification by the National Association of Realtors as a "Senior Real Estate Specialist". This designation certifies his expertise in handling the many unique and special needs of this particular community as it relates to the sale and/or purchase of real property. As further proof of Jeff's commitment to Seniors, he is currently assembling a resource team of attorneys, financial planners, insurance agents, movers and other professional services that specialize in the Senior demographic. All of these professionals will be available to Jeff's clients.

Jeff has selected “The Ranch” as his physical area of specialty marketing and has been an integral part of this community’s events and functions since 2012. In addition to special Valentine’s Day and St. Patrick’s Day contest giveaways, he and his team provide coffee/donut service at the Easter Eggstraveganza and actively participate each year in the 4th of July parade/picnic at Ranch Park. He not only is constantly upgrading his knowledge of current sales activity in the Ranch, but also studies the tract's historical record to better serve his clientele. This dedication to knowledge allows Jeff to assure the highest and best outcome for any listed property. For the buyer, Jeff’s extensive research and familiarization with all property models allows him to disseminate critical facts that are vital to a successful purchase negotiation.
